Jennifer handles selected litigation cases (for example, collection) and Small Claims cases.  Jennifer represents clients who wish to recover debts owed in Court.  Whether the case is brought in Small Claims, County Court, or District Court depends on the amount owed.  Small Claims Court is a Court of limited jurisdiction.  The Court cannot award more than $7,500.  The types of cases that are appropriate for Small Claims are cases to recover money or property, perform a contract, set aside a contract, or comply with restrictive covenants.
