Jennifer represents clients in litigated Court cases as well as cases negotiated outside of Court.  When possible and appropriate, cases are settled outside of Court to reduce your costs.  If you need an attorney outside of the Counties we serve, we would be happy to assist you with a referral -- at no cost to you.  

Although you will be working primarily with Jennifer, her staff will also assist you -- to keep costs down.  When possible, someone will return your calls or e-mails, within 24 hours.  Please leave detailed messages (your question, when you can be reached, etc.) so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. 

Jennifer will represent your best interests, both in and out of Court.  Her primary objective is to obtain a result that is fair to you and in the best interests of your children.  The Firm strives to provide excellent legal services as well as information and tools to make this difficult process easier.
